The Bonzo Dog BandNels Cline sent me a pair of CDs by the Bonzo Dog Band, which contains obscure rarities and even a few live performances by this legendary band that is one of my all-time favorites. A particular gem, that I had never heard, was a reggae protest song which has this catchy refrain:

Speaking of Nels Cline, the new Wilco album is out called Kicking Television. It is a two-CD live album recorded last May in Chicago. This is a phenomenal work and Nels makes them sound so sonically juiced up that they are literally a different band from just a few years back. Check it out dudes.
