The south looks lush and green. It sure looks mighty pretty. I'm reminded of my first real southern barbeque in "Norlina", North Carolina. Remember all the fuss I caused? The girl from Utah. They didn't know if that was a town or a state. They all watched anxiously as I took my first bite of collard greens, hush puppies and slow smoked pork. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Those were good times!
